Pay Your Bill

Patient Financial Services

Quick and Secure

Paying online takes about a minute. We use the same payment processor your bank uses, so your card details never live on our site.

  1. Find your statement. The account number you'll need is printed at the top.
  2. Click below to open the secure payment portal. It opens in a new window so you don't lose your place.
  3. We'll email you a receipt. Keep it for your records or your HSA/FSA paperwork.

Secure payment through our billing processor. You'll enter your amount and card details on the next page. Prefer to Call/Text? We're available Monday–Thursday 7 AM–8 PM, Friday 7 AM–6 PM, and Saturday 8 AM–5 PM at 480-963-4083.

You will be redirected to First Data, our secure payment processor. MomDoc does not store your card details on this site.

If Cost Is a Concern

No one should skip care because of a bill. MomDoc offers several paths to affordability:

  • Sliding fee scale. Based on family size and income. Qualifying patients pay less than our standard fees, and no one is denied care for inability to pay.
  • Good Faith Estimate. Federal law gives you the right to an upfront estimate of charges for non-emergency services. Ask us for one before you schedule.
  • Payment plans. We offer flexible monthly installments for larger balances. Call our billing team to set one up.

Call 480-963-4083 to talk through options with a billing specialist.

Common Billing Questions

Why did I get a bill for my annual exam? Insurance covers preventive care (your annual Well Woman exam) at 100%. But if you discuss a specific medical problem during the same visit, insurance rules require us to code it as a diagnostic visit, which may trigger a copay or deductible.

How does pregnancy billing work? Maternity care uses a "Global Fee" model. Your routine prenatal care, delivery, and postpartum checkup are bundled into one package. You may have a deductible or coinsurance for the delivery itself.

What if I don't have insurance? You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before scheduling non-emergency services. We also offer a sliding fee scale based on family size and income.

Talk to a Real Person

If anything about your bill doesn't make sense, our billing team will walk you through it. We do this every day, and we walk every patient through their first bill if they want us to.

You're not alone with this. Call 480-963-4083 Monday–Thursday 7 AM–8 PM, Friday 7 AM–6 PM, and Saturday 8 AM–5 PM, and ask anything you need to ask.
