The MomDoc Concierge
The Living Room model isn't just about furniture, it's about flow. You won't be greeted by a receptionist behind a glass wall. You are greeted by a MomDoc Concierge, a trained medical staff member whose primary job is your comfort and care.
They serve as your personal guide. They handle your intake, verify your insurance discreetly on an iPad, escort you to your room, and coordinate directly with your provider so you never feel abandoned or forgotten.

A Day in the Life
From the moment you walk through the door.
The Arrival
You are greeted by name the moment you walk in. The Concierge discreetly verifies your information on an iPad and collects your copay. No standing in line. No clipboard.
The Room
Your Concierge escorts you straight back to your private designer exam room to complete your medical history. Once finished, your provider is instantly alerted via a discrete coordination system.
The Visit
Your provider enters. Your exam happens in the same comfortable room where you started. No shuffling between stations or waiting half-dressed for thirty minutes.
The Check-Out
We bring the checkout to you. Your Concierge returns to send lab and prescription orders electronically, schedule follow-ups, and handle any other needs, all before you leave the chair. Finally, she escorts you back through the Living Room with a smile.
Women for Women
The Living Room is more than a floor plan. It's a promise. Under "Women for Women," patients who prefer an all-female care team can choose providers who share that commitment. But across every MomDoc practice, the standard is the same:

Accidental Genius: COVID-Ready Before COVID
The Living Room model was designed for privacy and speed, but it turned out to have an accidental advantage.
By eliminating the central waiting area, we inherently limited interactions between patients. By replacing clipboards and pens with iPads managed by a single Concierge, we removed shared surfaces. By doing everything in one room, we minimized the spaces you pass through.
When the pandemic struck in 2020, other practices scrambled to build social distancing protocols. MomDoc was already ready. Our standard way of working was already safer.
