If you have ever been to a doctor's office, you know the drill. You walk in, slide a piece of glass to speak to a receptionist, and are handed a stack of paper on a clipboard. You then sit in cold, sterile chairs answering the same questions you answered at your last appointment.

At MomDoc, we realized that if we wanted to change the way women experience healthcare, we had to change the very first thing they experience when they walk through our doors.

So, we eliminated the clipboard.

Zero Pre-Appointment Homework

You do not need to print PDFs. You do not need to fill out 14 pages of redundant medical history packet before you arrive.

When you walk into a MomDoc practice, you are walking into our Living Room. You are greeted by our Medical Concierge (MC), not a receptionist behind glass. You sit on comfortable, high-end furniture. And when it is time to handle the administrative details of your visit, our team handles it with you, personally.

Why Our Providers Don't Use Laptops

When MomDoc transitioned to Electronic Health Records (EHR) over a decade ago, we made a very specific, unbreakable rule: Our physicians will never turn their backs on you to type.

Many clinics use rolling laptop carts, which force the provider to face a screen instead of facing the patient. We fundamentally rejected that model. Instead, every MomDoc provider uses a tablet.

It seems like a small detail, but it changes the entire dynamic of the room. When your doctor is holding an iPad, there is no physical barrier between you. They are looking you in the eye. They are listening. They are present.

Just Bring Yourself

For your appointment, all you need to bring is your ID and your insurance card. We will take care of the rest. Healthcare is complicated enough; your arrival shouldn't be.
