One Hospital Philosophy
Our providers are never scheduled to be at two places at the same time. When you have an appointment, your provider is there for you.
Flexible Hours
Appointments Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Because your schedule matters.
The Living Room Experience
When you arrive at Mi Doctora, you are greeted immediately by a MomDoc Concierge, a specially trained medical staff member equipped with an iPad. She discreetly verifies your information, collects your copay, and escorts you straight back to a designer exam room.
No waiting room. No clipboard. No public conversation about your health. Your entire visit, from intake to checkout, happens in the privacy of a single room.

- Do I need to bring immigration documents?
Not for your medical visit. At Mi Doctora we see every woman without asking about immigration status for your clinical care, and your medical information is protected by federal law (HIPAA). If you choose to apply for AHCCCS, that is a federal program that does ask about immigration status. We walk you through each step before you decide whether to apply.
- How much does it cost if I don't have insurance?
We accept AHCCCS. Our on-site assistor can help you apply the same day you visit - no separate appointment needed. If you don't qualify for AHCCCS or prefer not to apply, we offer a sliding fee schedule based on family size and income. No one is denied care because of an inability to pay.
- Can my husband or partner come with me?
Yes. Your support person can come into the consultation if you prefer. Some parts of the physical exam may need privacy for clinical reasons, but that decision is yours and we always respect your comfort.
- Do you really speak Spanish, or just say you do?
Our Mi Doctora providers and staff speak Spanish fluently. We don't use phone interpreters and we don't ask you to translate for your own visit. When you call, we answer in Spanish. When you arrive, we greet you in Spanish.
- Do you accept AHCCCS or help with low-cost prenatal care?
Yes. We accept major AHCCCS plans and our on-site assistor can help you apply the same day. For pregnancy-specific coverage details, read AHCCCS pregnancy coverage. If you do not qualify, we still offer a sliding fee schedule. Call or text 480-821-3601.
