MomDoc Hospitalist Team

What is a hospitalist?

A hospitalist is a MomDoc OB/GYN whose role focuses on hospital-based care: labor and delivery, surgical assists, and patients admitted to the hospital. They do not see patients in our offices for prenatal visits or annual exams.

Hospitalists are full members of the same call rotation as our office-based OBs. When one of our office-based doctors' patients goes into labor, a hospitalist may be the on-call provider that day. They have access to your full chart, your history, and any birth plan or preferences you've discussed with your team, so the continuity of your care travels with you.

Below is the current MomDoc hospitalist team. You can ask about them at any prenatal visit.
