Avoiding Alcohol

Women now have another reason to avoid alcohol. I was just reading an article this week about a study published last year that found that there is a significant increase in breast cancer risk in women who are “light” alcohol drinkers, meaning that they have one drink a day or less (3-6 drinks/week) (JAMA. 2011;306:1884-1890).

"I always love coming to this office. It's by far the best decorated doctors office I've ever been in, and everyone is wonderful. I love the girly movies that are always playing in the lobby, and the comfy couches totally relax me. The providers I've seen have been really great. They're willing to listen to all of my crazy questions and I never feel like I'm being brushed off. I'm so happy I found this office and I'm recommending them to my friends and family!"
