The Ultimate Ultrasound Experience
Drs. Goodman & Partridge, OB/GYN was the first Practice in Arizona to offer both 3D and live-motion 4D ultrasounds. Our pregnant patients can see a 3-dimensional image and a live-motion 4D recording of their fetus while still in the womb! This is done by capturing these images rapidly and animate them to a produce a "4D Ultrasound." Some of our patients see their baby sucking his/her thumb, smiling or even yawning. Others see what their baby is going to look like even before he/she is born. Some patients are just curious whether their baby will have daddy's eyes or mommy's lips!
"We were so excited to see the baby in 3D so we could see who he looked like. This being our first baby, we had no idea what to expect. At first he was being stubborn and wouldn't show us his face so the ultrasound tech kept working and working, trying to get a good shot. Finally, when his little face came into view, I felt a surge of happiness seeing his little features and characteristics. He would pucker his lips and rub his face with his hands. It was amazing! We could easily see that he had my husband's nose, lips and long fingers. He looked so precious and peaceful and it made me even more excited to meet him in person.
