Renew a Prescription

Prescription renewals are handled 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

If your prescription is running low, please do not wait until the weekend or your medication has completey run out. If you are planning to travel out of town, you should also make sure that a sufficient supply of medicaton is available for use on your trip.

To renew a prescription, simply call Triage at (480) 821-3602. We will handle your request as soon as possible.
