Contact Triage
To contact your doctor, first decide whether this problem or issue is an emergency. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 and ask to be taken to an emergency room for evaluation. If you are not experiencing an emergency, note that many problems or questions can be dealt with by phone.
During Business Hours
To contact the doctor, simply call us at our main number (480) 821-3602.
After Hours
Generally, your routine medical questions and prescription renewals should be handled during regular business hours. If you have a question of an urgent nature after hours, please call (480) 821-3602. You will be directed to the after-hours answering service. The physician on call will be notified of your message and return your call as soon as possible.
Who should use this line?
- Pregnant patients who are in labor or have urgent concerns
- Gynecologic patients who require hospital evaluation
Please note that prescriptions will NOT be filled by the provider on-call for the practice after office hours.
