Dr. Conrad was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She received her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of New Orleans. After her undergraduate work, she went to Louisiana State University Medical School in New Orleans where she received her doctorate of medicine. She continued with LSU where she completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency.
