The other day I caught a bit of that new reality television show about "baby bling." While I find Beyonce's pink swarovski crystal studded bathtub a bit pretentious, I did discover some cool things "Hollywood" is doing during their pregnancies that could have a positive effect if trickled down to the community at large.

"One Hospital Philosophy” describes the practice of medicine wherein the doctor is not scheduled in two places at the same time. If you have an appointment with your doctor, the doctor will be there to see you as planned. During labor, your doctor will be with you at the hospital and you will not have to worry that he or she is at the office seeing patients or driving between hospitals.
