I volunteer for a Women’s Resource Center (Women of Power International) and we are hosting our 5th Annual Community Baby Shower on Saturday, September 3rd. Last year we helped over 200 women!! The event is completely free for the mothers and everyone leaves with a free gift! We have seminars and lots of different information booths. It is a wonderful event. I would encourage everyone to participate. If you are a new mom (had a baby within the past 6 months) or expecting mother, you can register for the event at wopim.org. If you are interested in volunteering to help with the event or to help sponsor a mommy or contribute financially you can visit wopim.org as well!! Drs. Goodman & Partridge, OB/GYN was a sponsor last year and has contributed again this year!
