Looking for some ways to celebrate St. Paddy’s Day?
For adventurous souls who want to venture out, the Brazenheads are a fun local Irish Band that I’m sure will be playing around the valley this weekend.
For people spending the evening at home, I’d recommend popping in Leap Year. This movie is a fun romantic comedy that takes place in Ireland with really beautiful scenery and landscapes.
For dinner, it may be fun to throw together an Irish stew. Add the following tother in a pan : A drizzle of Olive oil, 1 large yellow onion chopped with 4 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp thyme, 1 tbsp rosemary. You may want to add in the 1# cubed beef to brown. Add this to a soup pot with 2 c. water, a can tomato paste, 2-4 bay leaves, a bunch of parsley, sea salt, pepper, ½ bottle dk beer, 2-3 carrots chopped and 2-3 potatoes chopped. Cook for an hour. You might want to pick up some scone mix from World market for desert! Have fun- and enjoy your weekend!

Made the Irish stew last night... It was really good once I added a jar of picante sauce and a packet of taco seasoning! Have I been in Arizona too long??
