Excited for Banner Ironwood!

Several of us attended the walkthrough of the new Banner Ironwood this morning. We were escorted by the CEO Deb Krmpotic, who exhibited great excitement over the progress Banner has made at the building site.

            The hospital has the available capacity to hold up to 600 beds. People in the community are very excited about having greater access to health services. The OB unit promises to be state of the art with huge bathrooms and beautiful views. The surgical suites are also huge with room for all the latest in technology. We are all looking forward to the completion of the building as our offices continually try to provide closer health access for our patient population while being a source for women’s health care for outlying communities as the valley continues to grow.
