Drs. Goodman & Partridge, OB/GYN is enjoying a period of solid growth and sustained progress during the last decade. We are grateful to our patients for their continued confidence and trust in us. We are making great strides in providing innovative patient service and advanced health care that have been unprecedented in this geographical region by our specialty. We anticipate that we will continue to be able to provide excellent care to the women of the East Valley.
During our 34 years of providing pregnancy care and gynecology care, we continue to develop philosophies and policies that have set the standard for patient-driven service in the OB/GYN specialty. The strides we have made specifically over the past ten years have allowed us to continue the level of care our patients have come to expect. This year, our country has turned a giant spotlight on health care. Many of the changes being enacted in Washington will directly affect some of our business practices. To maintain the level of service and care that our patients know and trust, it is important that we be prepared and ready to adapt to whatever changes come our way. This need to be prepared on the business end for the coming changes has prompted a desire in me to pursue advanced formal business education. I have decided to go back to school to get an MBA.
After much deliberation and research, I have found an MBA program that will allow me to continue my focus on the Practice while spending a limited amount of time, every other weekend, in the classroom. This is called an Executive MBA. It is designed for managers, owners and other working professionals in small and large companies so that they may keep their focus on their jobs while learning techniques and strategies to help their businesses remain strong in a difficult economy. I have had the honor of being accepted to the top rated EMBA program in the country at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Having the support of great managers, supervisors and providers, we feel there has never been a better time to gain the tools necessary to continue delivering the best care at the best convenience possible. I look forward to finding new and better ways to serve the needs of our patients and the community.
